Aspire Pilates run a session on Friday mornings at VMA Fitness. The classes are run by Jayne and Diane, two very friendly and well experienced Pilates teachers. If you are interested in taking part in these sessions then you just need to contact them directly as they are external hirers.Fridays: 10.45am-11.45am

We offer a variety of classes which will not only include mat Pilates but we also specialise in the use of equipment, the large ball, small ball, bands and the foam roller all designed to stretch, strengthen and lengthen muscles.
