Freestyle Fitness Yoga isn’t your traditional yoga class, it is a unique class that uses the practical poses of yoga and flows them together from a fitness perspective.  

FFY is a non spiritual form of yoga, we focus on the breathe, movement, flexibility and strength from a fitness perspective. Benefits of FFY include:

Classes are 1 hour long and take place online and soon live in studio

 If training online at home ensure you have a mat with you.

When we are in the studio, bring a mat if you have one (not essential at VMA as we have a matted floor) and a bottle of water.  

This class is not suitable for anyone with existing injuries or for pregnant ladies
